The profile highlights the West family’s deep roots in the community and the story behind one of Jacksonville’s most trusted boutique dental practices.
The Wests—Grant, Jacqueline, Charlotte (14), and Walker (10)—have called Jacksonville Golf & Country Club home since 2016. After more than a decade in the Avondale/Ortega area near Jacqueline’s practice, the family sought a place with a stronger sense of community and found just that in JGCC. Charlotte is an avid volleyball player and a dependable babysitter in the neighborhood, while Walker has shifted his passion from baseball to golf, even taking first place in the 2024 JGCC Junior Golf Championship.
Jacqueline’s journey into dentistry began in Miami, continued through Pepperdine University in California, and culminated at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. After purchasing a Riverside dental practice in 2005, she launched West Dentistry, which has flourished for nearly two decades. The practice expanded in 2018 and was named one of the Gator100 fastest-growing Gator-led businesses—an honor that reflects both Jacqueline’s leadership and the team’s commitment to excellence.
Today, West Dentistry is a private, women-led boutique practice that focuses on personalized, high-quality care. With massage chairs, noise-canceling headphones, an in-house surgeon, and cosmetic services like Botox and veneers, the office is designed for both comfort and results.
